# Posted by MAXIMUS on 27/03/2020 11:17start with 2 a day for 2 weeks and then 2 weeks 1 a day and then do bloodwork to see how your HTPA has restarted. if needed then repeat PCT again. some recover fast and some none at all and some take months. depends on age, severity of gear and length that it was ran, general health etc
